The prices are public. That's the point.
Proposal-roulette wastes your week and mine. Here's what things cost, what's included, and how paying works.
01
The Blueprint
$1,000 · one week · fixed
- —Full written specification
- —Architecture & fixed build quote
- —Yours to keep — take it to any developer
- —If it doesn't end in a price you could hand anyone, it's free
02
The build
from $3,500 · fixed scope, quoted in your Blueprint
- —Live in production from week one
- —A working demo every Friday, or that week is free
- —Tested, documented, deployed
- —You own code, data, and infrastructure
03
The partnership
from $1,500/mo · cancel monthly
- —New modules & improvements
- —Monitoring, maintenance, hosting
- —A direct line to your engineer
If the Blueprint doesn't end in a fixed price you could take to any developer — not just me — it's free.
How paying works.
- —The Blueprint is paid upfront — $1,000, one week, and the spec is yours whatever you decide next.
- —Builds are 50% to start, 50% on acceptance — staged against delivered scope, never against hours.
- —The partnership bills monthly and cancels monthly. No annual lock-in, no exit fees.
- —Invoices in USD, payable by bank transfer. Terms live in a plain-language agreement you'll actually read.
Why are your prices a fraction of US agency quotes?
No downtown office, no account managers, no bench of juniors billed to your project. One senior engineer, AI-accelerated, working from Nairobi with clients in the US and Europe. The structure costs less, and the margin goes to you — the contracts, the process, and the code are what you'd expect at five times the price. It's not a discount. It's a different shape of company.
