Is the price genuinely fixed?
Yes — because the Blueprint comes first. You approve a written spec; the quote is against that spec; anything new is a new spec with a new quote. That's why there's no meter.
What does a typical engagement cost?
The Blueprint is $1,000. Builds start at $3,500 fixed; most land between $5,000 and $10,000. The partnership, if you want it after, is from $1,500/month.
